Charlie Herrera

I've spent over a decade designing digital products. Started as an interface designer, grew into defining full products, and the last few years I've been closing the gap between design and engineering using AI coding agents.
Today I design in Figma and write the code that makes it real, using AI-native flows with Claude Code, Cursor, and Next.js. That lets me ship product end-to-end as a single point of contact.
I'm the principal author of the AI-First Blueprint, a public methodology that came out of work with AutenTIC and is now used by teams across LATAM, the US, and Europe. The rest of the site tells you what I do — this page tells you who you're talking to.

I don't hand specs to a dev. I design, build, and decide the product. That collapses iteration cycles from weeks to days.
